Though i dont prefer eating it, i love making smoothie's and salad, secret behind it is ""it's easy to make!"" it turns out in a jiffy, =D so check out this healthy smoothie and add this in your breakfast menu!
Ripe Butter fruit/Avacado - 1
Cold Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and cut the butter fruit vertically/lengthwise into two and discard the big seed and scoop out the flesh using a spoon and add it to the blender/mixie jar.
- Add cold milk & sugar, Blend altogether for 2-3 mins and Voilà creamy smoothie is ready!
If you don't like it thick you can adjust the consistency by adding extra milk :)
Serve it immediately for best taste! Hubby loved this & gave the below comment in the pic.
