Ingredients:
Soya Granules - 1 Cup [ i bought nutrela brand]
Onion - 1 Finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - Few Chopped
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Brown bread/ multi grain bread - 1 pack
Cheese slices
Method:
1. Cook the soya granules in hot water by adding a tablespoon of milk and pinch of salt, Once done drain & keep it aside.
2. Heat Pan, add oil chopped onions and sautee for 3-4 mins add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
3. Add the cooked soya, chilli powder, garam masala, keep on medium flame and stir well to coat the masala mixture with soya.
4. Add salt if required, garnish with coriander and switch off the flame.
5. Now take a bread slice place enough kheema masala top it with cheese slice and close it with another bread slice.
6. Now you can place it in a sandwich toaster and grill, if not Heat few drops of oil in a tawa and place the sandwich, cook on both sides,
Slice it and serve hot with ketchup!
Note: You can use any cheese to top such as mozerella or even a dollop of cheese spread will taste yum!
