Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 500 gms
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 3 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sombu/saunf Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Lime - 1/2
Hung curd - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
- Wash and clean the chicken and cut into 2" inch pieces.
- Take a bowl and add hung curd, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Jeera powder, saunf Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger garlic paste & salt, Mix altogether into smooth paste.
- Now add the chicken to it, sprinkle corn flour and squeeze half lime and mix & coat the chicken well.
- Close it with lid & allow it to rest in fridge rack.
- Heat enough oil and fry the chicken pieces until cooked well.
- Drain in kitchen tissue and serve hot!
Note:
I do not pefer adding red food color for chicken 65, as i use kashmiri red chilli.
If you wish you can add a pinch of kesari/red food color to it.
