Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - Few chopped
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
I used samosa mould to make these because i was so tempted to enjoy the rain :D
Instead you can also use the ready made samosa patti [brand switz], which are available in nuts & spices, by skipping the dough process.
For the dough - Mix all the ingredients mentioned, combine and knead it soft using enough water and let it rest aside.
For Stuffing - Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, Add the onion and saute well, add crumbled paneer, Mashed boiled potatoes, all the masala's & little salt to taste and give it a good stir, allow it stay on heat for 3 - 4 mins and switch of the flame and garnish with mint leave's.
- Now make small lime size, Roll it out into a circle, Grease the samosa mould and place the rolled out disc and place a spoon of paneer mixture and close it tight and remove the excess dough hanging outside the mould, continue the process with the remaining.
- Heat the oil and fry the samosa's in medium flame.
- Drain them in tissue and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
