Ingredients:
Soya Chunks – 1 Cup [ i used medium sized ones]
Corn – 1 cup
Onion – 2 Medium Chopped
Tomato – 2 Medium chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Maggie Magic Chicken Cubes - 1 Optional [ Easily available in major supermarkets]
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander – to garnish
Method:
- Boil Hot water in two pans, add soya in one and corn in another and cook until done & drain them and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sautee until it turns pink, later add ginger garlic paste and sautee until raw flavour disappears.
- Now add tomatoes and stir and cook until it turns mushy,
- Now add all the powder’s mentioned above and curd stir well.
- This step is purely optional – Crumble the Maggie Chicken cube and add it to the subzi
- Now add the cooked soya, corn and stir and mix altogether.
- Cook in medium high flame and stir until the oil oozes out from the subzi.
- Once done garnish with coriander and switch off.
Tastes great with chappathi!
